It appears to be possible for adding or removing a bundle ( ambry sync, and ambry remove ) to null out the co_d_vid field of configs, resulting in the nulled versions being updated when the bundle is re-installed after removing it. Since the configs aren't connected to the dataset, they don't show up in searches.
