Updated to ruby 2.3.3 from ruby 2.1.2.

Unpinned the following gems:

sucker_punch
act-as-taggable-on
omniauth
omniauth-facebook
omniauth-oauth2
sass-rails
uglifier

Fixed all API changes

Sucker Punch:

.new.async.perform => perform_async

Devise:

user_omniauth_authorize_path(:facebook) => user_facebook_omniauth_authorize_path
Devise::TestHelpers => Devise::Test::ControllerHelpers

Fixed a rails deprecation warning: serve_static_assets => serve_static_files
