Tyrek Shephard is helping with this (he's getting admin privileges to GSuite so he can create courtbot@codeforatlanta.org)

We now have courtbot@codeforatlanta.org on the Twilio acct as admin (as well as tyrek@codeforatlanta.org) - sent Tyrek an email 2/2/22 with details on billing
