Better direct speakers through YouTube upload flow #4

Users will unfortunately need to leave to site to record a deputation. We should make it clear how we recommend this be done.

There are two approaches we could recommend for now, both of which require off-site action:

  1. Use desktop webcam software to record video. Direct user to YouTube upload page for hosting. Copy-paste link to website.
  2. Use mobile YouTube app for recording and upload. Manually type link from mobile to desktop. Using across two devices would be awkward.

We might be able to later add a feature to make (2) smoother by sending video via email or chatbot. The mobile app will have a share feature, and we could tell the user to send to a specific custom email. That's still a little awkward, and we could probably just try to integrate YouTube upload directly...
