Updating storybook-branch-switcher to use feature branch for submodules #9

Will use this fork until merged here: https://github.com/utarwyn/storybook-branch-switcher/pull/14

Also added step to branch build where npm install gets run, so that branches work even when deps are updated. That was separate from the submodule change, but required.
