User Needs
- I want to plan a future trip and want to know when to leave. Because transit can be unreliable, I want to add a buffer time to my trip.
- Retrospectively see how bad my trip was this morning and why
- Is service reliability getting better or worse?
- Why?
- How does this affect the trips I make?
Site Objectives
- Build the political will to improve public transportation in Toronto ;)
- Transparently demonstrate how these kinds of metrics can be calculated using open data
- Communicate how unreliability affects the customer experience in a customer-understandable way
