Adding information from Hayley and my recent sweep.

There are a bunch of websites that are failing but should not be.

The #toc errors are my fault and I will fix them. The other errors should not be happening. I see there is a typo in Doug Craig's entry. Pam Wolf's website is HTTP, not HTTPS. I do not know what else is going on with the Facebook links.
