Save vs. Publish button on Entities #130

Currently there is no way to save an entity to the database without publishing the corresponding XML to the github repository. We should be able to differentiate these two functions, labeling the second "Publish" very clearly.

Is there a way to see entities that have been saved but not published in Mashbill? For example, if someone hits save but never publish, it could easily get lost (as the document will publish with no error). The solution for this probably lies in enforcing the workflow for fact checkers, but I wanted to ask just in case.

On the document screen that lists entities within the document, add an asterisk or italics if the entity has been saved but not published.
