Implement Leaderboard Repository #40

We're going to use this transition to NormJS to implement a controller/service/repository pattern.

This work is for adding a repository for setting up the new database, establishing a schema for connecting to the database, and interacting with the Leaderboard table.

At the very least the Leaderboard repository should contain functions for:

Retrieving all players
Updating player/players
Retrieve a specific player
