The link normal Brands query will just pass in their slug info. For this requirement we have to pass in their custom posttype info too.

Helloes, there is something that we need to talk about that the client asked me last week.
The filters for the products should be contextual. For example, if I'm browsing through wheels, then:
a. The brand and style filters should be the ones that belong to the products in the query (i.e. if there are not X brand products, then X brand should not show up as a filter) b. If I click on a brand or on a filter, the page should display all the products in that category (in this example, Wheels) that have that brand and NOT all products that are attached to that brand.
I know that this could be a TRUE pain in the ass... I wonder if there's a way to make the system 'aware' of this and give it the ability to sort out those contextual querys?
Any ideas as to how to go about this?
