• allow admins to initiate cleanouts
  • provide admin name, start date - end date of cleanout on inactive page
• use last login, or last post?
  • count only those inactive based on first day of cleanout, and incrementally count backward from start date to only include those individuals, and not people on the verge (28+ days)
