cleanup functions

Need to add the ability to run several cleanup functions on demand...

• Clean up activity older than 90 days (possible cronjob)
• rebuild member primary key index (to make bf4, bfh activity crons as effective as possible)
• resync with arch data (for division structure updates, or important syncs)
• wipe flagged members section (after a cleanout)
• others...
