medicine cat/mediator apprentice choosing code needs updating #2087

the code in events.py that handles automatic medicine/mediator apprentice selection still contains personality traits that are no longer in the game, and overall looks like it hasn't been updated for quite some time. it also needs updated so that skills like HEALER, STORY, LORE, OMEN, PROPHET, STAR, CLAIRVOYANT, GHOST, and DARK will increase the chances of becoming a medicine app

also, tbh, i have been playing with the has_med_app check basically disabled in my game and i like the experience a lot better. maybe it could be changed so that, if has_med_app is true, it just reduces the chance of a cat becoming a medicine app rather than disallowing it outright? it's extremely helpful on large clans especially

I'm gonna change the chance after the next release, so the change causes no issues for the release. The skills seems to not trigger any error or game break, therefore it will as well remain for now.
