[BUG] unneeded scrollbar on clan select screen

• UI - anything to do with the user interface. maybe a button is not working, or the way some assets are formatted seems to be off.

Describe the bug an unecessary scrollbar appears when you go to page 10 or above on the select clan screen

• Unimportant - This bug has little to no impact on play.

Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open "select clan screen"
2. have 10 pages of clans
3. scroll to page 10
