[BUG] Mysterious Wounds

Describe the bug Several cats all get various wounds in the same moonskip (one got a claw wound, one a claw wound and torn pelt, one a claw wound, torn ear, and a bite wound) but the moon events don't mention anything about it. When one of the cats dies, the death text reveals that there was apparently a moon event that didn't show up involved a cat challenging the leader and being punished for it

Reproduce Moonskip and check your cats every moon to see if any of them have gotten any wounds with no notification about it. It seems to be related to a moon event where a cat challenges the leader and is punished by another cat (as indicated by the death text)

i thought it was fixed so that this moon event appears in the health tab as well as relationships tab... it's a negative effect relationship event where a cat challenges the leader and the leader gets another cat to punish the challenger. you don't remember seeing this event appear in the health tab?

I don't think I've ever seen that event outside of relations tab also you'd think it'd be listed in the general/all tab if it's in health? but I think it must not be, since I basically never see it
