Super small change to add a tag for an event.

Proof of Testing

If there is a way to force specific events to fire, please let me know and I will perform those checks & update this. For now, all I can really affirm is that the game opens.

Hey there! Thanks for going to the trouble of fixing this, but unfortunately it's something that's already being fixed in #2264 so I'll be closing this PR. If you'd like to spend some time doing small fixes, I'd suggest working on patrols! New edits to moon events are very likely to be lost right now, since the PR i linked is essentially reformatting them completely.

Not me straight-up reminding myself what moon events are whilst looking through the list of issues... and then doing this one anyway lmao
