[BUG] Cats IDs generating wrong #2408

About The Pull Request

Fixes an issue with the ID generation system which was causing cats to be generated weirdly and overlapping.

Proof of Testing

  1. Run the game
  2. Start a new clan
  3. Select the List screen
  4. See that you can scroll correctly through the cats now
