[CODE] Add "confirm discard changes" popup to settings screen #2469

Description At the moment, if you have changed a setting but navigate away from the settings screen, it quietly discards the changes. I'd like to see a popup, similar to the one when you try to return to the main menu, that asks you to confirm you want to discard the changes before you leave.

I can implement this when I get around to the settings screen on my UI refactor
