Description
I had the idea, quite a while ago, to add a "steal" option to the patrol where you find two kits on the border. This could be another alternative to the antagonize option, or just replace the antagonize option.
I would make a PR for this myself, except that I'm quite sure I would break something along the way. (Does a patrol that has any option to gain you cats have to go in the new_cat folder, even if that's not the main function of the patrol? Is there more stuff that needs to be added to this? I just don't know! So I'm hoping someone who's more familiar with how patrol code works can help me on this.)

What has already been completed?
I've already written the patrol success and fail text, I just don't have the know-how to implement it.
Probably something along the lines of:
"p_l sees an opportunity to weaken o_c_n and orders the patrol to take the kits back to camp. The new kits are quite scared, but welcomed into c_n."
(This would give you two kits, of course, and significantly damage your relationship with the other clan.)
"p_l sees an opportunity to weaken o_c_n, and crosses the border to steal the kits. However, at that moment an o_c_n patrol appears to retrieve the kits. The o_c_n patrol leader has some choice words for p_l, and warns the patrol not to cross the border again."
(I don't know if antagonize fail outcomes usually hurt your relationship with the other clan. If they usually don't, I could rewrite this to sound more neutral.)
