About The Pull Request

Added a new romance-focused patrol to the all-season Forest Med pool. Has three variants (1 Med X Med, 2 Med X Normal Adult)

Why This Is Good For ClanGen

Adult Medicine Cats seem to have only a handful of romance patrols available to them. Creating more romance patrols for them can help players who want to increase their Med. Cats' Romantic Like stats, but who don't want to/can't use Mediators or manual editing of the relationship files

Closing this for now as it has been moved to a new branch dedicated to patrols + has had custom intro art requested. Will make a new PR once it's ready!
