Describe the bug "mtn_train_leafbare_avalanche_storylorecleverinsightteacherlocked1" is skill locked to "STORY,1", "LORE,1", "CLEVER,1", "INSIGHTFUL,1", and "TEACHER,1". there are outcomes for STORY, LORE, CLEVER, and INSIGHTFUL, but none for TEACHER. this causes the game to not output a proper outcome, only saying "please report"

Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. debug ensure "mtn_train_leafbare_avalanche_storylorecleverinsightteacherlocked1"
2. have a cat with the TEACHER skill on patrol
3. proceed on patrol

Patrol ID + Outcome Print (if applicable): "mtn_train_leafbare_avalanche_storylorecleverinsightteacherlocked1", dont have outcome print but it is a success
