Describe the bug I posted two weeks ago about a dead leader with no relationship to the living leader finishing their naming ceremony. The thread was closed due to being unable to recreate it, but I have another instance.

Grade: Unimportant

Reproduce Have a crap ton of unfaded leaders, potentially confusing the game.
