More missing tanks #29

There a few more tanks that are missing and a blocking replay uploads. IS-M, K-91, and Obj. 277. And probably a few other new tanks?

More Tanks were added at Tier 8 recently. Specifically the 50TP. There will be even more in a week with a new line.

@JoshuaEN a new (old) tank was added to the game. T-50-2. It is blocking replays.

The Obj 703 V2 is missing (as of yesterday) and presumably the other new T8 premium.

Tank it17_progetto_cc55_mod_54 was not found and presumably the other new Italian tanks. also probably the new challenge tank Chinese Medium 122 TM.
