Add TargetViewController #21

Adds a TargetViewController property, which must be set to a container view controller that will host as its children the view controllers known to the flyout controller.

I was going to merge this commit, but the more I play with it the more confusing I think it will be for people. It also complicates things a bit more. Since this is an edge case I think I will leave it out.
