Resolve issues with view not resizing on menu close #59

Also don't close menu when going portrait->landscape->portrait if AlwaysShowLandscapeMenu = true (Respect that the user opened the menu)

Resolves https://github.com/Clancey/FlyoutNavigation/issues/10 which was still an issue for me, even with AlwaysShowLandscapeMenu = false
