create logo #1

This was generated from:

  1. Layering Tux on the new LLVM dragon in GIMP.
  2. Running a genetic algorithm on the result until we hit 98% accuracy. https://potch.github.io/genetic-canvas/

I don't have my heart set on this, so we can maybe find a better one later?

We could also just start with something super basic like the dragon and Tux next to each other, doesn't necessarily have to be an amalgamation of the two.
