1) Add CI matrix to dropdown

This also forces a scrollbar at the bottom of the matrix making for easier horizontal scrolling (at least on Chrome).

2) Cross out Meetups that have ~already occurred~.

3) Add new heading for architecture support

4) Change Hangouts to Google Meet as it is now dead ☠

I really like the drop-down. I find the line-through to be weird to read. I think it'd be better just to have "Upcoming Meetups" and "Past Meetups" maybe?

I thought of doing past/present meetups but I felt as though I'd need a comprehensive list of all past meetups to justify that. I don't want to just put two of the N number of past meetups as that would be misleading as to how many meetups have occurred.

Does anyone have the full list of all previous meetups (is it just these two?)

Cross out Meetups that have already occurred.

Closing this PR and instead opening https://github.com/ClangBuiltLinux/ClangBuiltLinux.github.io/pull/63 to handle the readme improvements (sans dropdown menu). The dropdown menu will come in a different PR as well.
