I'll open this repo up soon; I've reached out to Tanya and Chris to make sure they're cool with this (though I probably should just email LLVM's board).

I think this is great! You don’t need permission from LLVM Foundation, but we are happy to support you in anyway that you need.

Let me think about ways we may be able to leverage this.
