breaking changes - Release 0.4 #137

solves #94. After merging this, 0.4.0 is released. Breaking changes:

x0_sat_pure now returns (Vl,Vv) instead of (log10(Vl),log10(Vv))
m -> segment (the param name is the same as the database input name)
w -> acentricfactor (the param name is the same as the database input name)
vc -> Vc (the param name is the same as the database input name)
pc -> Pc (the param name is the same as the database input name)
some stability functions were renamed to VT_stability forms.

Pending is the changes to the output of the tp_flash method
