PLAYER_COLOR setting? #141

Since it changes every year, it makes little sense to hard-code it into anything; can we add a setting like PLAYER_COLOR, and then do some over-and-above-markdown processing of all db text to turn {{PLAYER_COLOR}} into the string stored in settings?
