Is a new input sheet created each time the input form is used. And if there is already input sheet in the g.drive folder will it communicate with that sheet.

No, once an input sheet (sheet receiving responses from a Google Form) is created it will continue to receive unlimited responses. No other input sheets are created nor required for use.
