Why

Dataset exports are failing via SDK - either creating empty directories or a malformed zip

How

To resolve this used the class input session with an authentication header when downloading the export

Tests

Added the test test_export_dataset to tests/test_app.py file to test both creation of dataset versions as well as dataset export
