Python 3.6.8 was not being installed at all on Mac #16

When trying to install the Python 3.6.8 dependency, the launcher would not install it.

It would download it, unpack it, and then even prompt for Admin elevation, but Python 3.6.8 would not appear in dependencies. Then the launcher would restart itself.

This issue still persisted on Mac. The launcher could still not find the copy of Python:
