Atom doesn't consistently open the right folder on Mac. #17

I was having trouble reproducing this exact issue every time. It seems related to how busy the Mac is.

Atom didn't always open the right folder. Sometimes it would open Atom with no project folder. Sometimes it would just open Atom but no other Atom windows.

This issue can take a lower priority.
