AdoptOpenJDK doesn't install on Mac #9

Clicking the download button in dependencies while trying to install OpenJDK downloads it, but the installation never starts

  1. Open the Launcher.
  2. Go to Minecraft
  3. Click Create a New Project
  4. Click a template.
  5. Set the name and press the button.
  6. Dependencies window pops up. Click download on OpenJDK
  7. It will download, it will prompt for admin, but the installer will never start.

The installer still can't find the right version of JDK.

It's possible that it may just not be looking in the right place for the copy of AdoptOpenJDK.

Adopt Open JDK was installed. Installer just doesn't look for the right place. Opened new ticket.
