I use Wercker as my CI and would like to see it added here ;)

Thanks for the feature request!

We plan to support more CIs in the future, and this would make a fine addition to the supported CIs

I googled a bit and found this documentation on Slack webhooks. idk, could this work?

You could just use the /slack endpoint for that in discord though.
