This is another major feature for the IDE. Since the first mode to implement is the Cloud Mode which uses heavily Docker. he Desktop mode shouldn't rely heavily on Docker whilst, rely on local tools and the local FS which it runs.

[ ] Electron bindings.
[ ] make certain components check if it runs on a Electron instance or a Cloud instance.
[ ] Use only the IDE iframe for the Desktop mode.
