I'm testing your pipeline and noticed a few bugs in the custom scripts. Mainly plot_PCA and prop_t_test. It's easy to fix, just changing the column names to the one that is consistent from your output from earlier steps.

Thanks for noticing this! We'd made some changes to make the output compatible with our visualisation tool IsoVis. Should all be consistent now :)
