Linewrapper does not remove useless colour codes in certain case #579

e.g. &7ClassiCube 1.2.4 + cef1.3.0 +cs3.5.1.5 + Ponies v2.1: &fGoodly currently gets wrapped to &7ClassiCube 1.2.4 + cef1.3.0 +cs3.5.1.5 + Ponies v2.1: > &7&fGoodly

&7 is useless in the second line and should be removed

This actually causes text rendering issues in original classic, so does need to be fixed image
