Add support for the new announcement types #617

Since support for new announcement types was added to ClassiCube, I made them possible to use in MCGalaxy too.

Tested with this mess of a custom command, seems to work.

Thanks for pull request, but implemented this in 577fbd2c8938f63c7f4c4aadad6af9dc0b83a2bc already, so going to have to close this
