Tool windows have poor titlebar appearance on linux #660

Probably caused by the FixedToolWindow border style. Will probably have to look at how mono implements it and then see if possible to implement this in an alternative way

Titlebar appearance fixed with dad908c68c1cdb8b868be9ee61899cea711bc95b

Default icon now always shows in titlebar however, haven't been successful with getting MCGalaxy's icon to show instead

After spending way too long on it, resolved as of ada34d4c32c9c2c278256ac27d3543161753d6d8
