Allow setting default Lava Survival map settings

The map settings have to be configured one by one, with no option to change the defaults. Implementing options in properties/lavasurvival.properties such as default time to flood or round time and others in properties/lavasurvival/mapname.properties would be a great idea and time saver for server managers.
