IMHO it should turn off the other two antispam checks (commands and chat) and possibly some of the in sub-game checks too (x-ray etc).

Although there probably should be a way to disable the checks for a user, I still think that they should be toggled separately from blockspam checking

While it is reasonable to treat the different spam checks differently I don't see that the focus of this command is the spam checks. IMO this command is saying that you are trusting the player to spam in a reasonable manner as it's the player that's being /trusted I really don't see an OP trusting a player for any check after they abuse one.

On the other side a player asking an OP to "fix the anti-spam" is hardly likely to be very pedantic as to which variant they mean.
