Lava Survival Map and Physics-related bugs

Hi, I'm still learning MCGalaxy/ClassiCube/non-vanilla Classic, but I think I have found some bugs with the Lava Survival game mode. I'm using the latest release 1.9.4.9.

• If you have only 2 maps in the map list, it always starts a new round on the same map as before, and there's no voting.
• When starting a new round on the same map as the last round, the physics level is still set to 5. This prevents the lava from spreading, making the entire round bugged.
• I don't know if this is intentional, but the map doesn't get reset when stopping the game mode.

1) It would slightly complicate the voting code having to support less than 3 levels, which is why I didn't bother supporting that case - although maybe people would want to run minigames with less than 3 levels, I'm not sure on that 2) Was a bug, and should have been resolved with a4cc8fb2b62702bfb1d8c3592d254d978ea0e436. Thanks for reporting 3) I'm not sure whether resetting the level upon stopping the game would be desirable behaviour or not - although maybe it should always just reset the level, as I have come across several cases of people making changes to a level after stopping a minigame, then getting confused when the changes weren't saved
