impulse 23 (flaginfo) shows incorrect info. #16

When carrying the enemy flag and being located above/at the capture point it displays "Enemy flag is being carried by MVDSV 0.31-DEV, (build 0) (linux) Build date: Jun 6 2014, 21:44:25" instead of "... by you".
