Add winget installation guide to README.md #30

In the README.md:

  1. Refined installation instructions
  2. Added winget install method

I have requested Microsoft to add ModbusTool to winget. https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/issues/110759

They have added it into the winget package library few days ago.

When you do a winget search, you will see that ModbusTool has been added:
