Add note to README.md about compatible WP versions #72

At present, it is not immediately clear which versions of WordPress are supported by the migration plugin.

This small update to README.md makes it much easier to find that information.

As things stand, the WP version will need to be updated manually on each new release of the plugin.

As discussed in Slack, I think it would be best to avoid listing specific version numbers here, and indicate that you can always see the latest supported version by going to https://www.classicpress.net/get-classicpress/#switch-to-classicpress.

Agreed. New commit https://github.com/ClassicPress/ClassicPress-Migration-Plugin/pull/72/commits/5bfa944b8f508cb26d1106bca1416e7e34655e61 replaces previous comment.
