Show submenu arrows on hover #18

This PR changes the menu styles so that the submenu arrow shows on hover.

On hover, this arrow is absent before this PR.

(Having some issues with styling on this test site, which is making the menu show vertically instead of horizontally. That's not the important part here.)

The styling issues will disappear when you have four items in the menu.

Slept on it, and I still think this is the right way to go.

Adding a fourth menu item did not fix the menu styles for me, but whatever @striebwj did on test.classicpress.net worked.
