Privacy/Cookie Policy #8

Not critical, but we should update the privacy/cookie policy and ideally it should live somewhere on our site (not link out Iubenda).

We also have a different privacy policy on the forums.

@striebwj do you or @nylen know why it linked out to Iubenda to begin with? We should probably loop in @KTS915 for this to make sure all privacy policies are uniform and cover all bases for each particular platform.
