🐛 [BUG] - No music on any shard #80

Description

Hi, I'm using the web client on my 2020 Macbook Air M1 via Chrome and there's no music playing (login screen or in-game) in any of the shards.

Reproduction steps

1. Own an Apple Silicon Mac
2. Install Chrome
3. Go to ClassicUO web client
4. Try playing on any shard
5. Observe lack of music

I've deployed a fix which should resolve this (depending on the shard some shards just didn't upload music), please try it out and close the issue if it's working for you now.
